Cannot claim Poap

Hello everyone.

I am just starting to getting know poap api and firstly I would like to use the api on the frontend in order to claim some poap. The poap ID I have created is this: 141409

I have requested an api key and auth key as well ( there I am having a Client ID and a Client secret, not sure which one I would need to use ).

When I would like to claim the poap with a secret word I am getting the following response: User is not authorized to access this resource with an explicit deny

Can somebody help me out what I am doing wrong?
